Arrogant Frog represents our South of France \u201cArt de Vivre\u201d. Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog is made out of 20 hectares (50 acres) in the Limoux grand cru. The Arrogant Frog cuv\u00e9es are Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog, Arrogant Frog reserve, as well as single varietal or blends.<\/p>\n

\nGrape destemming, separate vinification for each varietal. Pneumatic press, free run juice is only used for our ros\u00e9. Fermentation for 3 weeks on average at 17\u00b0C.
\nThe wine is aged on its lees with regular \u201cbatonnage\u201d for 40 days in new coated cement vats. During the ageing process we look at maintaining a maximum fruit expression and concentration thanks to regular pumping over.<\/p>\n
\nColour :<\/strong> Pink, cherry colour.
\nNose :<\/strong> Complex with cherries, toffee and floral aromas evolving toward soft candied fruit notes.
\nPalate :<\/strong> Rich and smooth, well balanced . Fruity character with a long finish.
\nCellaring :<\/strong> This wine can be kept 2 to 3 years.
\nFood pairing :<\/strong> Best served with light dishes, grilled meat, salads, sausages, white meat, pasta \u201calla carbonara\u201d, soft cheeses. Perfect summer wine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
