Arrogant Frog represents our South of France \u201cArt de Vivre\u201d. Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog is made out of 20 hectares (50 acres) in the Limoux grand cru. The Arrogant Frog cuv\u00e9es are Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog, Arrogant Frog reserve, as well as single varietal or blends.<\/p>\n

\nDestemming of the grape, each grape variety is vinified separately, partly skin contact on Sauvignon and Colombard, low temperature racking at 10\u00b0C.
\n3 to 5 weeks fermentation under controlled temperatures (17\u00b0C) with selected yeasts. Aged on lees for 3 months in stainless steel vat with regular \u201cbatonnage\u201d (stirring of the lees).<\/p>\n
\nColour :<\/strong> Bright gold yellow with green tints
\nNose :<\/strong> elegant with a quintessence of passion fruit, white peach, white currants some herbaceous notes.
\nPalate :<\/strong> Fresh and vivid, rich on the middle palate with a good fruity length.
\nCellaring :<\/strong> This wine is made to be enjoyed in its youth. Will age well up to 3 years.
\nFood pairing :<\/strong> 10 to 12\u00b0C preferably with seafood and fish dishes, sushi and sashimi, white meats, light meals, blue cheeses, and fruit desserts. This wine will also be very enjoyable alone as a relaxing drink.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
