Arrogant Frog represents our South of France \u201cArt de Vivre\u201d. Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog is made out of 20 hectares (50 acres) in the Limoux grand cru. The Arrogant Frog cuv\u00e9es are Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog, Arrogant Frog reserve, as well as single varietal or blends.<\/p>\n

\n– Total Acidity : 3.6 g\/l

\n100% Chardonnay grape. Destemming of the grape, no skin contact, racking at 10\u00b0celsius. The wine ferment for 4 weeks with selected yeast: 80% in stainless steel vat and 20% in American oak barrels
\nAgeing: After the fermentation the wine is aged for 3 months on lees. The barrel fermented and aged wine is then blended with the stainless steel fermented and aged wine.<\/p>\n
\nColour :<\/strong> Bright gold yellow with straw yellow tints
\nNose :<\/strong> Very elegant with a quintessence of pineapple, hazel nuts, lime-blossom and quince aromas with vanilla and toasted bread notes.
\nPalate :<\/strong> Rich and mellow with a very good acidity and a long persistence finishing on pineapple notes.
\nCellaring :<\/strong> In the first 3 years you will enjoy its tropical fruit aromas which will then turn into more mineral and buttery aromas.
\nFood pairing :<\/strong> serve at 10\u00b0C with seafood and fish dishes, white meats and also Foie Gras, blue cheeses, tarts and fruit desserts. This wine will also be very enjoyable alone as a relaxing drink.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
