Arrogant Frog represents our South of France \u201cArt de Vivre\u201d. Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog is made out of 20 hectares (50 acres) in the Limoux grand cru. The Arrogant Frog cuv\u00e9es are Ch\u00e2teau Arrogant Frog, Arrogant Frog reserve, as well as single varietal or blends.<\/p>\n

\nDestemming of the grape, each grape variety is vinified separately. Skin contact at 10 \u00b0C for 3 days prior to 6 days fermentation at 22 to 24 \u00b0C with daily pumping. We use different technics of maceration in order to favour a maximum of colour and fruit extraction without the tannins. The wine is aged for 4 months in cement vats.<\/p>\n
\nColour :<\/strong> Medium to deep purple garnet red.
\nNose :<\/strong> Elegant and complex with a quintessence of red berries, ripe strawberries, with a hint of spicier and liquorice notes
\nPalate :<\/strong> Well balanced, soft, rich and lively. Long finish on plum notes.
\nCellaring :<\/strong> Up to 5 years.
\nFood pairing :<\/strong> Best served at 17 \u00b0 C with pastas, barbecues, poultry, light meals and soft cheeses or fruit desserts. To enjoy its Arrogant qualities to the fullest serve it slightly cool.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
